After putting it off for years I finally got round to having a hearing test. Louise was brilliant, explaining in detail what my problem was and advising the best hearing aids to get. Picked them up a few days late and it really was life changing. The difference was amazing. Louise explained clearly how to use them and I have just been back for a monthly review where a few things were tweaked. The customer care is fantastic. I would highly recommend Prestige hearing 👏👏

Louise advised my husband to get Oticon Zeals to replace his existing hearing aids, and was able to supply them at a good price. They have proved a great success; my husband says that the in-ear fit is both comfortable and secure, and that the quality of his hearing is substantially improved, particularly when receiving incoming calls on the phone. He also likes the ability, via an app that Louise loaded onto his phone and linked to the aids, to adjust the sensitivity of the aids as circumstances require. Louise will be providing further support as necessary, and making appointments with her is easy. So, five stars to Louise for her professional advice and support!
